Karim Hindi Bio

Karim Hindi is the founder of Matrix Real Estate Investors Inc, who leads all advisory efforts from Development, Design and Construction.

Karim Hindi has over 25 years of real estate experience and most recently serves as the Co-Founder and President of Tenfold Real Estate Partners, responsible for all aspects of Development, Design, Construction and Operations.

Prior to that he served as the Senior Vice President of Development and Construction of the Bromley Companies; where he created the department and most notably led the team from zoning to execution on a 1.8 million square foot mixed-use project known as Midtown Tampa.

Prior to his tenure at the Bromley Companies, Karim worked for Acadia Realty Trust, a publicly traded REIT as a Director of Design and Construction. He managed multi-million-dollar Retail, Office and Residential projects nationally. He led project teams in integrating design and construction as well as the overall accountability for completing all projects.

Earlier in his career, he worked for RC Dolner, LLC a construction management company based in NYC, where he held various positions within the company and successfully managed and completed large complex projects.

Karim graduated from Saint Joseph University with a degree in Structural and Civil Engineering.
