Description: A ground-up state-of-the-art development self-storage facility in the neighborhood of Glenwood in Philadelphia. A very challenging interior alteration that transformed a building built in 1876 housing various transit companies for over a century into a pristine 160,000 SF storage facility.
Key Role: Owner Rep services for our Client Insite Property Group where we coordinated the efforts of all professionals on the design team; helped with the preparation and finalization of construction plans; develop the budget; schedule of work and provided construction administration during work phase; review and approve change orders and review and approval contractor requisitions for progress payments before submitting to owner or lender for payment.
