Oversaw multidisciplinary design coordination across architecture, engineering, and specialty consultants to deliver cohesive plans that balanced high-end residential aesthetics, functional retail integration, and urban compatibility.

Successfully delivered a high-quality, market-leading mixed-use redevelopment while navigating challenging logistics inherent to redevelopment, including tight site constraints, urban infill complexities, limited access for construction staging, phased delivery to minimize disruption, and coordination of vertical construction atop or adjacent to active retail components.
