Description: Ground-up development that includes an 80,000 SF Floor and Décor and 3 story Self Storage Facility under Construction.
Key Role: Owner Rep services for our Client The Renatus Group where we coordinated the efforts of all professionals on the design team; helped with the preparation and finalization of construction plans; develop the budget; schedule of work and provided construction administration during work phase; review and approve change orders and review and approval contractor requisitions for progress payments before submitting to owner or lender for payment. Floor and Décor building is completed and retail opened for business, self-storage Facility in development stages
